Guarantee of the return and complaints

Guarantee: all our products are sealed with our company’s seal. Once the seal is damaged or broken, the product is treated as used and therefore the product cannot be returned.

The skin does not have any damages and flaws: lack of wool and wool. There can be cuts on a raw skin that can become visible after tanning process and they are not defects of a product.

Returns and complaints

The products cannot be returned if:

They were purchased on sale
After the seal has been damaged or broken
There are any signs of using the skins even if the seal has not been damaged or broken
There are visible signs of suing the product
After the skin got wet
There are any sings of mechanical damage to wool or skin/ leather
In case of inappropriate cleaning or taking care of the skin
