A decorative skin is a natural product therefore if you wish to enjoy the subtleness and gentleness of the skin as long as possible, you ought to take care of it.

Warning! While transportation, the wool may become flat. That is why you should shake the skin well just after receiving the parcel. It will make the wool to become fluffy again.

Use: once a week shake your rug well in order to get rid of dust and dirt. Finish the procedure of taking care of the rug with brushing the wool.

Spot cleaning/ getting rid of the unwanted spots: if it is necessary, you can use a special product – a foam (watch the clip)

We recommend:

• Cleaning in a professional tannery or at a dry cleaner’s following the information included on a tag attached to a skin. After each cleaning, the quality of skin may get worse and it will never look like the new one.
• Protecting the skin from moisture
• Natural drying in case of getting wet

We do NOT recommend:

• Washing the skin in a washing machine or hand washing
• Drying it on a radiator, tumble dryer or in the sun
• Using chemical products, bleaches, etc.
• Keeping it near the open fire source, e.g. fireplace

We do not accept any complaints or returns if there are signs of unsuccessful cleaning process or cleaning it against our recommendations.
